Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Ramo de Rosas Espadín Capón mezcal
- 1 oz (30 ml) orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) agave syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
- Salt (to frost the rim of the glass)
- Ice
- Lemon slice (to decorate)
Instructions:

Moisten the rim of a glass with a lemon wedge and sprinkle with salt. You can do this by dipping the rim of the glass in salt on a plate.

In a shaker, add ice.

Pour the mezcal, orange liqueur, agave syrup and lemon juice into the shaker.

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to cool and mix the ingredients well.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass with ice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
